Longstreet Tower

Longstreet Tower was one of the five towers built in the 1890’s in Gettysburg National Military Park.  Tower number 3 was built near the second and third day headquarters of James Longstreet.  The tower is 76 feet tall and was built by Variety Iron Works of Cleveland, Ohio a bridge building company.

Longstreet Tower gives visitors an excellent views of the second and third day battlefields including the entire area of Pickett’s Charge.
